We know unparalleled flavor starts with the best ingredients and preparation. Masaya Yakiniku Don rice bowls are served with a bed of whole grain sushi rice topped with grilled Certified Angus Beef, 100% Berkshire pork or locally raised free-range chicken. All meats are precisely sliced at 4 millimeters and flash marinated in our exclusive Masaya seasoning for 60 seconds prior to grilling to maintain the meats’ natural flavor.

STRICTLY CHOSEN INGREDIENTS

Beef: Our USDA-certified, Black Angus beef meets 10-point specifications for exacting standards for marbling, tenderness, juiciness, and flavor for the highest quality available. It has no hormones or antibiotics and fed a 100% vegetarian diet.

Pork: Berkshire pork is a heritage breed of pig known as “Kurobuta” in Japan and prized for its unparalleled marbling, juiciness, flavor, and tenderness. Our Berkshire pork has no hormones or antibiotics and fed a 100% vegetarian diet.

Chicken: Our free-range chickens are raised on farms in Sanger and Petaluma, California. Gluten-free with no hormones or antibiotics, the chickens are fed a 100% vegetarian diet.

Eggs: Our USDA organic eggs are from cage-free chickens raised on certified organic feed with no hormones or antibiotics. We cook them to 63.5 degrees Celsius or 146.3 degrees Fahrenheit.

Rice: We use USA-grown, top grade, extra-fancy Kokuho sushi rice. Every rice grain is whole for texture and flavor.
