Chicken: Our free-range chickens are raised on farms in Sanger and Petaluma, California. Gluten-free with no hormones or antibiotics, the chickens are fed a 100% vegetarian diet.
Eggs: Our USDA organic eggs are from cage-free chickens raised on certified organic feed with no hormones or antibiotics. We cook them to 63.5 degrees Celsius or 146.3 degrees Fahrenheit.
Rice: We use USA-grown, top grade, extra-fancy Kokuho sushi rice. Every rice grain is whole for texture and flavor.
